  • Follow the on-screen instructions to fill in the applicant's personal information and supervisor details. After submission, wait for supervisor approval.
Submission Notes
  1. All expenses incurred by the applicant on the platform will be charged to the supervisor's account. Please confirm with your supervisor before applying.
  2. For Hongniao Master’s Program students and undergraduate applicants, select the main supervisor as instructed on the application page.
  • Upon administrator approval, you will receive a confirmation email containing your login credentials.

Faculty/Staff Application​

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to fill in the applicant's personal information and supervisor details. After submission, wait for departmental approval.
Submission Notes

For professors/postdoctoral researchers (with research funding), the main supervisor field can be filled in as yourself.

  • After submitting the service request, await the approval result, which will be notified via email.

  • Upon administrator approval, you will receive a confirmation email containing your login credentials (username and password).
