Fee Appeal (Phase I & II)​

If a user's job is abnormally interrupted due to platform failures, the user may file a fee appeal through the platform. Upon approval, the fees generated by the affected job will be waived.

Appeal Path: Platform Portal → Personal Exppense → Fee Appeal
