Job Runtime Extension

By default, jobs have a maximum runtime of 7 days. Users requiring longer execution times must manually extend the runtime.

Log in to the HPC Platform Portal --- My jobs --- Click Job Runtime Extension (maximum extension: 7 days).

If the extended runtime is still insufficient, submit a work order via HKUST(GZ) Go for administrator approval.
