AIGC Service Application Guide
1. Service Overview
The AIGC service is open to all teachers and students of the university. Staff members can apply to obtain an API management account, then log in to the AIGC management platform to create their own API Keys (which can be distributed to RAs and students), so as to integrate and use the relevant AI capabilities.
2. Application Entry
Application Channel:
DingTalk → OA Approval → IT Services → AIGC Application
3. Application Steps
3.1 Select Application Type
- Application Type: Select API Mode
3.2 Fill in the Source of Expenses
- Source of Expenses: Choose as needed based on the actual situation
3.3 Fill in the Application Information
Complete the following content fully as prompted on the page:
- Budget Project Name: Please fill in a valid PBMS budget project and its code
- Billing Contact: Unless there are special reasons, this should be the applicant themselves
4. Submission and Approval
- After submitting the application, the system will automatically enter the approval process
- The approval result will be notified to the applicant by email
- Applicants should keep an eye on their campus mailbox to ensure the email notification is not blocked
5. Account Acquisition
- After the administrator approves the application, the applicant will receive the following in the email:
- API management account
- Initial password information
- After receiving the account, please log in to the AIGC management platform as soon as possible and change the password to ensure account security
